Head of Growth

We are looking to hire a killer Head of Growth to promote our tool, 1of10.com.

1of10 is a tool to help YouTubers research, and come up with better ideas, titles and thumbnails. We also have a suite of AI tools to help creators generate ideas, titles and thumbnails for their channel. More information on our product can be found on our website, 1of10.com.

We need someone to own growth for the 1of10 tool and get the product in front of as many people as possible across every platform.

A big part of this role is building our short-form presence, sponsorship outreach, UGC campaigns, new platforms, creative distribution, viral content, whatever it takes to get more eyeballs on the tool. You figure out what to do and you make it happen.

This is a hands-on role. We're not looking for someone who just runs paid campaigns or puts together strategy decks. We want someone who can ideate and execute independently. You'll have some extent of creative freedom to decide how you grow the brand.

SaaS experience is preferred. Some knowledge of the YouTube space is required, but doesn't need to be extensive. What matters most is that you've grown a brand or product before, you know what works, and you can prove it.
