Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and contacting influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance. This role will also involve monitoring industry trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing recommendations for campaign optimization. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the talent management team to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution
- Support Talent Managers across all active campaigns from negotiation through completion
- Maintain a clear understanding of campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate communication between talent and brands
- Review content to ensure it aligns with brand requirements and flag any issues early
- Submit content for approval and track revisions
- Share feedback with talent clearly and accurately
- Track all deadlines including draft, approval, and live dates
- Send posting reminders and confirm content goes live correctly and on time
- Move campaigns through pipeline stages and ensure smooth transition to invoicing
- Gather and submit campaign insights and performance metrics
Talent & Admin Support
- Schedule and coordinate talent calls
- Prepare agendas and take detailed notes
- Draft weekly updates and ensure talent managers are fully informed across their roster
- Keep all talent materials up to date (media kits, bios, internal trackers)
- Maintain organization across Google Drive, Asana, and internal systems
- Assist with reporting (monthly, quarterly, campaign recaps)
Team & Growth Support
- Assist with casting and onboarding new talent
- Support pitching efforts by pulling contacts, organizing lists, and drafting materials
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and brand opportunities
- Support activations, events, and larger company initiatives (ex: Stagecoach, gifting suites, etc.)
- Step in wherever needed to keep the team operating efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with content creation and storytelling
- Experience in the fashion or beauty industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
