About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and CRM marketing activities.

This is a contract-based, remote position ideal for a creative marketer with a strong content background and a passion for digital strategy. You will take ownership of specific marketing activities that help us grow our audience, strengthen engagement, and position Zentima as a trusted global vacation investment properties platform.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and execute key digital marketing activities, including:

Content Creation & Management

Creating and coordinating content for:

• Blogs & articles
• Social media posts & campaigns
• Newsletters
• Webinars & educational content
• Marketing assets for CRM workflows
• Ensuring content aligns with Zentima’s tone, strategy, and brand positioning
• Collaborating with our sales and partnerships team for targeted messaging

CRM & Automation

• Executing CRM marketing activities inside HubSpot (or similar tools)
• Creating email flows, nurture sequences, and targeted campaigns
• Preparing content for lead nurturing, segmentation, and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on marketer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital content (mandatory)
• Proven experience in content creation, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing
• Strong understanding of AI tools to increase efficiency and content quality
• Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion
• Excellent English communication skills
