- Structure campaigns with clear logic (testing, scaling, pausing)
- Continuously test formats, audiences and geographies
- Track and optimise toward CPA, ROAS, and weekly sales targets
Sales & Conversion
- Improve landing pages' performance (pricing clarity, friction reduction, trust signals)
- Identify drop-off points in the funnel and propose fixes
- Support recovery flows (abandoned cart, DM follow-ups, email logic)
- Advise on offers, bundles, or incentives without cheapening the brand
- Think like a merchant, not only a marketer

- Monitor daily performance metrics and report weekly insights
- Distinguish signal from noise in small-budget environments
- Identify what truly drives conversion (product, message, format, audience)
- Build a clear learning loop the house can compound over time
Strategic Support
- Advise on which products should be pushed as revenue anchors
- Help shape realistic weekly and monthly sales targets
- Proven ability to scale digital channels and optimise spend across platforms
⸻
You are:
- Experienced in performance marketing for premium or luxury brands
- Comfortable working with small budgets and high accountability
- Equally analytical and sensitive to brand nuance
- Direct, pragmatic and results-driven
- Commercially sharp with budget ownership experience and a test-and-learn mindset
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
You are not:
- A growth hacker chasing vanity metrics
- Someone reliant on heavy discounting
- A generic agency operator running templates
⸻
Tools & Experience
- Meta Ads Manager (advanced)
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- CRO thinking (UX, copy, trust, flow)
- Bonus: experience selling high-price, low-volume products
⸻
Contract & Scope
- Freelance / part-time

- Remote or in-studio
⸻
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent weekly sales
- Clear understanding of what converts and why
- Reduced friction across the customer journey
- A disciplined, repeatable digital sales system
- Growth without compromising the brand values
