Well Media Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close.
We work with health, wellness, lifestyle brands, e-commerce, real estate, tech, finance, builders, property developers, enterprise and growth-stage businesses We work across social media management, owned content, paid media, branding, websites, email automation, and marketing consulting. You’ll have a full-service suite to sell from, a clear positioning strategy, and an experienced delivery team behind every promise you make.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys the business development process. You can read the room, ask the right questions, and match clients to work that will actually move the needle. If you have existing relationships in health, wellness, hospitality, fitness, corporate wellness, or adjacent industries, we want to hear from you.
What the role involves
• Securing new business across our full service offering, from social retainers through to strategy, automation, and full funnel projects
• Outbound prospecting, relationship building, and follow-up
• Managing the sales process either end-to-end, or booking qualified intros and handing over to the founder to close
• Working independently, with direct support from our strategy and leadership team
What’s in it for you:
• Commission is conversion-based and paid monthly (not upfront), for the first 3 months per client
• 10% of the monthly retainer if you close the client
• 5% of the monthly retainer if you book a qualified intro with the founder, and the client converts
• Accelerator bonuses available for closing higher value retainers and hitting monthly new business targets (structure shared with shortlisted candidates)
• No cap on earnings

• Full sales asset suite (positioning strategy, service outlines, case studies, pitch templates)
• A proven track record to sell from
• Direct support from the founder throughout
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or B2B sales
• Ability to confidently sell strategic services, not just packages
• Self-starter mindset, commercially aware, results-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Your own network or active lead list in relevant industries
- Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Influence skills
Nice to have:
• Previous experience as a freelancer or in agency sales
• Familiarity with marketing as a whole, social strategy, paid media, email marketing, or content
• Existing relationships with clients who you think would be a good fit from one of the industries mentioned at the beginning of the ad that you can call on
- Experience with Market Analysis and Customer Research
- Ability to set and achieve Sales Targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales techniques will be advantageous
