Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the creation, publishing, and management of high-quality content across multiple touchpoints: landing pages, blog and marketing campaigns. You’ll also coordinate the localization of this content with external partners as we scale across European markets, focused on Italy and Nordics.
This is a new role on the team, with the opportunity to shape our content function from the ground up. The right candidate will eventually take on responsibility for building and leading a content team. This is a mid-level role for someone who thrives on execution, takes ownership, and can push projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the creation of compelling content in English landing pages, paid campaigns and CRM/email campaigns.
- Manage and update content with the suppot in the CMS (Framer or similar).
- Collaborate with design, product, and performance teams to bring landing pages and campaigns to life.
- Coordinate translation/localization workflows with our external localization partner.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Use GA4 dashboards to monitor and report on content performance.
- Conduct basic content research to inform new pages and campaigns (e.g. competitor scans, topic relevance, tone calibration).
- Contribute to evolving our content guidelines and messaging frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of content experience in a startup or B2B environment.
- Native-level or equivalent proficiency in English, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Hands-on experience managing content through a CMS (e.g. Framer, Webflow, Ghost).
- Comfortable working across teams and managing content workflows independently.
- Ability to interpret GA4 dashboards and understand content impact.
- Experience collaborating with localization partners.
- Fintech or SaaS experience is a plus.
