What You’ll Do

• Make a monthly content calendar for all our socials
• Shape and keep our fun, clear brand voice
• Spot hot trends fast and jump on them
• Post, schedule, and batch content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube, and Threads
• Track key numbers (reach, engagement, clicks) and improve results
• Write short, catchy copy and on-point hashtags
• Answer DMs and comments; grow our community
• Collect and share the best user-generated content

Must-Have Skills

• You know every major platform and its algorithm basics
• Canva or Photoshop for graphics (or similar)
• Simple video edits (cuts, captions, reels/shorts)
• Meta Business Suite or similar tools
• Creative eye and quick idea maker
• Clear, friendly writing
• Team player who meets deadlines
