We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and digital engagement efforts. This role is responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, growing online communities, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through impactful digital campaigns.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business, branding, and marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities professionally.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and business teams to produce high-quality digital content.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance against KPIs.
• Work with influencers, content creators, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand brand reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, company values, and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on social media algorithms, tools, best practices, and digital marketing trends.

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, photography, or content production tools is a plus.
• Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns is advantageous.
• Strong creativity, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable social media strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
