Social Media Manager (Remote)

Van Tec Marketing is a marketing agency working with national brands and local businesses. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who can handle multiple clients, create consistent content, manage paid social campaigns, and track performance.

This is a fully remote role for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management at an agency

• Experience managing multiple client accounts

• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and algorithms

• Ability to create clear, on-brand content

• Experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns

• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms

• Comfortable reviewing analytics and adjusting strategy

• Strong written communication skills

• Able to manage deadlines without supervision

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across multiple industries

• Plan and execute social media strategies, including paid campaigns

• Create, schedule, and test content

• Apply trends and creative ideas when relevant

• Monitor performance and optimize based on results

• Communicate with internal team members
