Senior Paid Social Marketer (Social Ads)

We are a fast growing growth & creative agency (upcollective.de) based in Berlin. We provide Search, Social and Creative services to start ups and scale ups with a focus on the D2C ecommerce space. We only work with the best teams and companies. Our goal is to be a trusted partner helping clients grow their businesses without having to worry about what is going on in their ad accounts. We’re transparent, honest and hard working which is why our clients trust us.

To help our scale up clients acquire new customers through Facebook/Instagram, TikTok Pinterest and we are looking for an exceptional senior paid social marketer. The candidate knows these platforms inside out and can run campaigns at scale (50k+ spend / month). We are an e-commerce focused agency so experience in this vertical is a must.

The right candidate will have most of the following skills:

• You’ve been part of an early stage environment before where you’ve built things from the ground up (scaling ad accounts, systems, operations)
• You have 5+ years of experience working on growth marketing (for e-comm and apps)
• Highly analytical and curious, always seeking to understand the why behind the data
• An expert in Social Ads Facebook & Instagram, TikTok You know these platforms inside out and can run campaigns in your sleep
• Google Ads Experience is a plus 
• You’re a creative strategist who is always thinking about the next winning ad 
• You know what it takes to build high converting creatives and funnels from impression to purchase.
• You understand how to grow a an ad account and are quick to spot opportunities for growth
• You’re AI literate and have experience prompting AI and using it for creative production and have built your first own AI workflows

You’ll be in charge of a range of tasks: 

• You’ll be the first port of call for clients managing all day to day meetings, reporting and performance across 1-2 projects
• Own the strategy and execution of social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Youtube
• Write and manage creative briefs that turn into winning creatives across platforms 
• Writing and communicating weekly reports to clients 
• Own the test & learn plan that generates insights and unlocks growth
