PR Manager – Freelance

This is a single-project engagement with the potential for future collaboration. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies to promote theater and modern dance performances
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, arts publications, and cultural influencers
• Coordinate media coverage and secure interviews, features, and reviews
• Manage social media presence and digital outreach to enhance audience engagement
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and event promotion within the arts sector

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or media within the arts or cultural sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Polish language proficiency is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to secure media coverage and manage press relations
• Familiarity with theater, dance, or performing arts industries
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
• Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and cultural promotion
• Availability to work on a project basis with potential for future assignments
