Freelance Video Editor – Remote

Join an exciting opportunity to craft visually stunning Instagram Reels for a Pakistani influencer based in New York. This role focuses on producing short-form video content with a luxury, feminine, and cinematic aesthetic, capturing lifestyle, fashion, café, and city moments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, engaging videos that resonate with a sophisticated audience. You will work closely with provided references and sample videos to ensure the final edits align with a specific visual style, emphasizing warm, soft color grading, smooth transitions, slow motion, real-time clips, subtle motion blur, light film grain, and elegant minimal text overlays. This is an ongoing project, starting with a paid trial and the potential for 3–5 videos per week. Deliverables

• Edit 15–40 second Instagram Reels with a luxury, feminine, and cinematic look
• Apply warm, soft color grading and smooth transitions
• Incorporate slow motion, real-time clips, and subtle motion blur
• Add light film grain and minimal, elegant text overlays
• Ensure all edits align with provided references and sample videos
• Deliver polished, visually appealing content on a consistent weekly schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience editing Instagram Reels or TikTok content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic and luxury aesthetics
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Excellent sense of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Ability to match and maintain a specific visual style
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Reliable availability for ongoing weekly projects
• Based in any location, but must be able to collaborate remotely and deliver files efficiently
