Freelance Digital Marketing – Dutch Lead Gen

This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketing specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads, focused on lead generation for a niche dating platform targeting Dutch-speaking audiences in the Netherlands and Flanders. You will be responsible for translating detailed buyer personas into highly targeted Facebook campaigns, building and optimizing the full funnel in Meta Ads Manager, and ensuring all tracking infrastructure is in place. The position requires hands-on management of campaign setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting, with a strong emphasis on cost-effective lead acquisition and campaign scalability. You will also craft compelling Dutch ad copy, collaborate on visual assets, and coordinate with email marketing tools to maximize retargeting and follow-up opportunities. The ideal candidate is a native Dutch speaker with a proven track record in Meta Ads, comfortable working independently, and able to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Deliverables

• Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns targeting Dutch-speaking audiences in the Netherlands and Flanders
• Translate buyer personas into precise audience segments, including custom and lookalike groups
• Build and optimize the full funnel in Meta Ads Manager, including Meta Pixel and conversion API setup
• Write engaging Dutch ad copy and collaborate on visual asset improvements
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing, bid strategy optimization, and daily adjustments to budgets, placements, and creatives
• Track and report on qualified lead volume and cost per lead, providing weekly performance updates
• Ensure campaign infrastructure supports future expansion to Instagram and Messenger
• Integrate with Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo for segmentation, retargeting, and follow-up campaigns

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Demonstrable experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, ideally in niche or dating sectors
• Advanced skills in Meta Ads Manager, including audience segmentation, funnel building, and conversion tracking
• Strong copywriting skills in Dutch and ability to work with or suggest improvements to visual assets
• Proficiency with Meta Pixel, conversion API, and campaign analytics
• Experience with Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo for email segmentation and retargeting
• Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing cost per lead and campaign ROI
• Ability to provide clear, actionable weekly reports and insights
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
