• Develop and implement content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and additional platforms.
• Create and oversee the production of video concepts, Reels, carousels, and launch campaigns.
• Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to inform content planning.
• Build and optimize content funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
• Analyze content performance metrics, test new formats, and scale successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand vision and audience needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong visual judgment.
• Demonstrated interest or background in meditation, spirituality, wellness, self-development, astrology, chakras, or esotericism.
• Familiarity with AI content tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
