We support some of the country’s most critical organisations, and now we’re investing in a dedicated outbound function to take our message further. This is the first SDR role in the company’s history, and it’s yours to make your mark with. This is a rare opportunity to join Triskele Labs as our first ever Senior SDR. We’re not looking for someone to “do dials” or run a script. We’re looking for a smart, strategic operator who knows how to build pipeline, engage the right people, and open doors that matter. You’ll be given the tools, support and space to lead the SDR motion nationally. If you’ve ever wanted to step into a role where your work has real visibility and impact, this is it. Requirements What you’ll do You’ll drive quality conversations through a mix of personalised outreach, intelligent research and clever use of AI. You’ll qualify prospects properly, not just tick boxes. Your day will include engaging prospects via phone, email and social channels, iterating on messaging based on persona and industry, and working closely with BDMs to align on what a great lead actually looks like. You’ll use LLMs to improve productivity and elevate your messaging. You’ll constantly refine your targeting and outreach strategy, look for patterns in the data, and adjust to get better outcomes. You’ll bring new contacts into the funnel regularly, experiment with different sequences and content formats, and track performance across every touchpoint. This role is about impact, not volume. You’ll think like a marketer, act like a hunter, and qualify like a pro. If there’s a better way to do something, you’ll find it and bring it forward. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing, feeding back insights, contributing ideas, and helping drive the entire go-to-market function forward. What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in cybersecurity, SaaS or professional services
  • Strong experience across multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn and video
  • Ability to properly qualify target audiences and adapt messaging based on industry, size and role
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs to support scalable, high-quality outreach
  • Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs and engagement platforms
  • A strategic mindset with the desire to take ownership and eventually lead a team
