Job Description

Posted on: August 6, 2025

Ready to rewrite the product management playbook? If you're the kind of product visionary who thrives on turning complex challenges into measurable wins, we want to talk. At Trilogy, we're not interested in traditional PM theater—we're revolutionizing how product management delivers real business impact. Imagine having laser-focused ownership of a single, critical business outcome. No more endless backlog grooming or death by documentation. Instead, you'll harness the power of AI, user insights, and rapid iteration to drive meaningful change. Your mission? Transform user interactions into measurable success through deep domain expertise and data-driven decision making. This isn't about managing a roadmap—it's about charting new territory. We're looking for a strategic mind who can partner with AI, decode user needs, and turn insights into action at unprecedented speed. If you're ready to break free from conventional PM constraints and prove what modern product management can achieve, you've found your next challenge. What You Will Be Doing Your role centers on three key pillars of impact:

  • Architect and Evolve BrainLifts: Create and maintain a dynamic knowledge ecosystem that amplifies AI capabilities, validates strategic decisions, and demonstrates mastery of your domain.
  • Drive Weekly Product Evolution: Lead rapid, evidence-based product improvements through weekly shipping cycles, continuously steering toward defined success metrics.
  • Master Your Domain: Develop and systematize deep industry knowledge that empowers your team to make superior decisions, deliver precision-targeted solutions, and speak with authentic expertise.

What You Won’t Be Doing Let's be clear about what this role isn't:

  • No month-long feature marathons - we embrace weekly shipping cycles for faster impact
  • No documentation overload - say goodbye to endless PRDs, backlog management, and exhaustive specifications
  • No technical engineering - we keep product and engineering roles distinctly focused

Basic RequirementsPrincipal Product Manager key responsibilitiesYour Experience Should Include

  • A proven track record of 4+ years leading product strategy in a software company, with full ownership of product vision, roadmap development, and metric-driven improvements (Note: This must be for complete products, not features or modules, and should exclude internal tools or single-client solutions)
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software product management, with a solid understanding of enterprise software adoption patterns and purchasing dynamics
  • A genuine passion for leveraging AI tools in your strategic toolkit, particularly for research, analysis, and strategy development
