What You Will Be Doing
- Community Monitoring Logs - Ongoing collection and structured reporting of online discussions, community sentiment, and flagged interactions, using preconfigured AI tools.
- Performance Snapshot Reports - Generation of short-cycle, automated marketing performance summaries using AI dashboards and templates.
- Trend Signal Collections - Capturing and compiling AI-surfaced cultural or industry trends to feed back into senior strategy reviews.

- Writing marketing content or posting on social media
- Designing or deploying marketing campaigns
Marketing Data Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Gathering the inputs to produce high-volume, insight-driven marketing campaigns executed with precision and speed
Basic Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing operations, digital content coordination, or social media support
- GenAI proficiency and a strong willingness to learn new platforms quickly
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) or marketing analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Insights, HubSpot)

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
