• Is well-organized and communicates clearly
• Feels comfortable working as a task-doer, focusing on execution over creative concept work

• Has no problem working strictly based on client briefs, with limited creative freedom
• Delivers tasks efficiently and on time, even when handling multiple small projects
• Is independent, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Handles feedback and last-minute changes in a structured and calm manner
• Has experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Miro, Slack - nice to have)

• Is available for freelance work approx. 30 - 40 hours/month, mainly between 9:00 - 17:00
• Know English and Polish at C1 level
• Ideally has experience in hospitality or leisure (nice to have)

What will you do?Responsibilities As a freelance Content Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of promotional materials - both offline and digital - for one of our hospitality client. You will:

• Coordinate the creation of posters, programs, menus, and brochures based on client briefs
• Work closely with the creative team (graphic designer, copywriter) to oversee the production process
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and ensure all necessary revisions are implemented
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to spec
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials, in line with visual identity and templates
• Maintain smooth internal and external communication throughout the project lifecycle
• React promptly and systematically to feedback and changes during the production process
