An exciting permanent full-time, work-from-home role has become available for a B2B SaaS Marketing Specialist at Tribal Habits, an Australian-built learning platform used by organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning campaigns, spotting gaps, and making things happen. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and collaborate with our in-house Digital Marketing Specialist, who supports web and visual execution.
This role suits someone who understands the goal, works out the best way to get there, and doesn’t need step-by-step instructions for everything.
The role is fully remote. You can be located anywhere in Australia. We are a remote working environment with staff located around Australia. You only need a suitable work-at-home environment and good broadband.
What is Tribal Habits?
Tribal Habits is an Australian-based learning platform, designed, developed and supported locally.
Our platform allows organisations to capture how they actually operate and turn that knowledge into interactive online training for staff. Teams can create and maintain their own training, automate learning workflows, and access an extensive library of editable compliance and professional development content.
We work with organisations across Australia and New Zealand, from not-for-profits and government bodies to SMBs and multi-site employers across a mix of industries.
Tribal Habits is a strong fit for teams who want training to reflect how their organisation runs, and handle compliance and professional development in the same place rather than across separate systems. For some customers, it’s their first dedicated learning platform. For others, it’s the first one that fits after outgrowing basic LMS or SCORM-only tools.
Why is this role available?
Our product, customer base and marketing footprint have grown. We’re now looking for a dedicated B2B SaaS Marketing Specialist to help maintain momentum, improve demand quality and ensure our marketing activity stays clear, consistent and effective as we scale.
What will you be responsible for?
🔸 Campaign execution and coordination
Own campaigns end to end. You’ll work from an objective, decide how best to approach it, coordinate what’s needed, launch it, and iterate based on what you see.
🔸 Improving high-fit inbound demand
Focus on helping the right organisations discover us and understand why Tribal Habits is a good fit. This is not volume-driven lead generation, but fit-focused B2B marketing.
🔸 Content and messaging alignment
Keep marketing content aligned as the product evolves. Spot gaps, inconsistencies or outdated messaging across campaigns, pages and collateral and take ownership of getting them resolved.
🔸 Working across strategy and execution
You’ll be given clear direction and priorities, especially early on, and the autonomy to work out the best way to execute them. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership and doesn’t need step-by-step briefs to do good work.
🔸 Collaboration across the business
Work closely with Solutions, Support and Product to reflect real customer language and use cases. Marketing and Sales are closely aligned here, so you’ll have direct access to context and feedback rather than operating in a silo.
What experience are we looking for?Essential:
- 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing
- Experience working in or alongside a B2B SaaS business
- Strong execution skills across campaigns and messaging
- Ability to work autonomously and keep work moving
- Good judgement around what “good” looks like
- Comfortable working remotely
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience in agency or small SaaS environments
- Exposure to demand-creation or fit-focused marketing approaches
- Familiarity with website publishing or marketing tools
- Interest in growing responsibility over time
