We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in building automated email flows, campaign optimization, segmentation, and performance tracking.

This is a full-time remote position and requires strict availability during IST working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Build automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, follow-ups, nurturing, re-engagement, etc.)
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage
  • Manage CRM integrations and email platform setup
  • Optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open rates and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in email marketing (4+ years preferred)
  • Experience with platforms such as:
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Mailchimp
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Email automation workflows
  • Lead nurturing funnels
  • CRM integrations
  • Conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices
  • Ability to analyze metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Email)
  • Basic understanding of HTML email templates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance-driven industries
  • Experience managing large customer databases
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience with UTM tracking and GA4 integration
  • Experience in referral and retention campaigns
