Overview

This role is built for a high-performing individual focused on bringing new and intermediate retail investors who are discovering alternative investing, and interested in simple and accessible real estate investment opportunities.

Key Duties

• Manage production of short-form videos, social posts, threads, memes, and landing pages.
• Run/ oversee Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google performance ads.
• Manage referral programs, promotions, giveaways, and event marketing.
• Leverage and build community engagement loops through comments, DMs, and newsletters.
• Scale creator partnerships and UGC content that explain Tirios in simple terms.

Required Experience

• Early-stage growth or consumer marketing experience at Coinbase, Robinhood, Acorns, Public, or similar.
• Strong command of paid acquisition, tracking, and creative testing.
• Demonstrated success in growing social channels and building viral content.
• Comfortable with weekly experimentation across ads, funnels, and incentives.
