We’re #hiring 3 Senior Content and Messaging specialist at Tinova.

Tinova is a US-based strategy, marketing, and creative agency helping startups and growth-stage companies build powerful brands and scalable growth systems.

We’re now strengthening our content and brand storytelling function and looking for 3 senior writers to help lead it.

Who this is for:

1. You have strong experience writing high-converting content across multiple platforms

2. You have a portfolio that shows clear thinking, strategy, and results

3. You’ve worked with B2B, fintech, startups, or growth-stage companies

4. You understand brand voice, positioning, and message clarity

5. You can write for different stages of the funnel (awareness → trust → conversion)

6. You think like a strategist, not just a writer

What you’ll do:

• Lead content strategy and messaging development across clients

• Write high-quality content (LinkedIn, websites, ads, email, presentations)

• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling communication

• Work closely with Tinova’s strategy, design, and marketing teams

• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Contribute to building Tinova’s content systems and frameworks
