Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and champion a bold, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns directly with overall business objectives and drives substantial market share growth. Translate vision into actionable plans and ensure flawless execution across all initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead the evolution and optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem, encompassing:
- Google Ads & SEO: Drive advanced PPC strategies, maximize ROI on ad spend, and oversee comprehensive SEO initiatives to dominate search rankings.
- Social Media & Community Building: Develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies that foster deep engagement, brand loyalty, and significant audience expansion.
- Affiliate Marketing: Build, scale, and optimize a high-performing affiliate program that delivers significant new customer acquisition and revenue streams.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Leverage sophisticated email campaigns and CRM platforms for personalized customer journeys, nurturing, and retention.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish robust KPIs, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, demonstrating clear ROI and informing strategic adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product development, technology, and customer success teams to ensure integrated strategies and seamless customer experiences.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency of spend.
Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record of Transformation: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, demonstrably leading significant digital marketing transformations and achieving aggressive growth objectives.
- Deep Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience and strategic mastery across the full spectrum of digital marketing channels, including:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) with a proven history of optimizing complex campaigns for ROI.
- Demonstrable success in developing and scaling affiliate marketing programs from inception to significant revenue generation.
- Expertise in leveraging various social media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram) for both brand building and direct response.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and email marketing automation.
