Package: Up to $200,000 base + performance bonus + equity
The Talent Initiative is excited to be recruiting for a high-impact Director – Customer Success & Growth role with a fast-growing HR analytics company at the forefront of AI-driven workforce solutions. This is a rare opportunity to lead customer success, drive commercial growth, and shape go-to-market strategy for a business that empowers organisations to make better people decisions with data and AI—securely within their own Microsoft environment.
About the Role:
You’ll lead a cross-functional portfolio spanning customer success, commercial growth, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence. Working closely with the executive team, you’ll own the customer lifecycle; driving retention, renewals, upsell, and expansion. The initial phase is hands-on, with the opportunity to build and lead a team across Customer Success, Sales Support, and Marketing Operations as the company scales.
What You’ll Own:Customer Success Leadership
- Own customer relationships and ensure retention across key accounts
- Build customer success frameworks, playbooks, and lifecycle operations
- Lead onboarding, adoption, renewals, and NPS/reviews
- Become a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders in HR, People & Culture, Digital, and Data
Growth & Revenue
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue
- Support pre-sales and proposals with tech leads
- Partner with Microsoft and channel partners to identify co-sell opportunities
- Report on customer health, churn risk, and growth pipeline
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Partner with marketing to shape campaigns, events, and content
- Build compelling client case studies and value stories
- Support demos, workshops, and strategic conversations
Operations & Delivery Alignment
- Improve cross-team delivery rhythm between sales, success, and product
- Lead operational cadence: pipeline reviews, success reviews, delivery huddles

Experience We’re Looking For:
- Referencable experience in Customer Success, Account Management, GTM, or Consulting
- Background in HR Tech, HR Analytics, SaaS, or consulting (preferred)
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers
- Strong understanding of HR challenges: workforce planning, attrition, talent, engagement, analytics
- Familiarity with Microsoft environment (Power BI / Azure / Fabric) is a plus
- Leadership experience managing a small team or function
