• 2+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development
• Confidence with video conferencing and strong communication skills
• Comfort with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Interest in digital marketing or online business development

What You'll Do

• Participate in weekly team trainings conducted via video
• Create and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms
• Learn social media lead-generation techniques (with full support)
• Conduct structured candidate interviews (scripts provided)
• Host online Q&A sessions and follow-up conversations
• Mentor and onboard new clients
• Provide ongoing support through structured systems
