The Boost Group a leading digital marketing agency specializing in performance-focused advertising for e-commerce brands, is looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact campaigns, experiment with cutting-edge strategies, and drive measurable results across multiple platforms.

About the role

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will take full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. You’ll manage large advertising budgets, analyze performance data, and make data-informed decisions to achieve — and exceed — performance targets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of different ad platforms, and has a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategies: Create, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  2. Own Campaign Performance: Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, POAS, CVR) to consistently hit growth and profitability targets.
  3. Budget Management: Allocate and scale budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend distribution and maximum ROI across channels.
  4. Testing and Experimentation: Design and run structured A/B tests across creative, audience, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between ad messaging, targeting, and funnel performance.
  6. Reporting and Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports, provide strategic insights, and proactively recommend data-backed optimizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets above €50,000/month with measurable success in scaling results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Strategic mindset — able to translate data into actionable insights and clear campaign plans.
  • Experience with creative testing, funnel optimization, and full-funnel performance strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
