About TenderCraft

TenderCraft is an AI platform built to help companies discover, understand and prepare documentation for public tenders. The product supports teams across opportunity discovery, competitive analysis, project management, compliance matrices and AI assisted proposal drafting.

We are looking for a hands on person who can build the growth engine around TenderCraft, combining marketing, AI tools, automation, content operations, landing pages, email, ads and lead generation into a scalable system.

Role Overview

The AI Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist will own the automation layer behind TenderCraft marketing. This role is not a traditional marketing role. It is a hybrid position for someone who understands B2B growth, knows how to use AI tools daily and can connect systems through no code and low code automation.

The ideal candidate can take a growth idea and turn it into a working workflow: from content generation and landing page creation to lead capture, email sequences, CRM updates, reporting and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing automation and AI workflows

·  Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or similar platforms.

·  Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or other LLM based tools into marketing and growth processes.

·  Automate repetitive marketing tasks, including research, content drafts, lead enrichment, email personalization, reporting and follow up flows.

·  Connect forms, CRM, email tools, Google Sheets, Airtable, databases, landing pages, website events and internal tools through API based or no code integrations.

·  Create AI agents or structured AI workflows for recurring marketing activities, including market research, tender insights, article generation, LinkedIn content and campaign ideas.

·  Monitor automation workflows, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability and document how each workflow works.

Landing pages and conversion funnels

·  Create, structure and optimize landing pages for different TenderCraft audiences and use cases.

·  Work on messaging, page structure, calls to action and lead capture flows for B2B SaaS campaigns.

·  Build landing pages for demo requests, reports, guides, webinars, industry specific campaigns and lead magnets.

·  Use AI tools to generate page variations, copy options, headlines, value propositions and conversion focused messaging.

·  Collaborate with design and technical teams when needed, while being able to move fast using no code or low code tools.

·  Run A/B tests and improve pages based on conversion data.

Content automation and top of funnel growth

·  Build a repeatable content engine for TenderCraft across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, email and ads.

·  Use AI and automation to produce content from internal data, tender data, market insights and product use cases.

·  Create content workflows for articles, LinkedIn posts, reports, case studies, lead magnets, newsletters and campaign assets.

·  Repurpose long form content into short form posts, ads, email sequences and landing page sections.

·  Support SEO and generative engine optimization through structured, useful and relevant content around public procurement, tenders, AI in procurement and proposal automation.

·  Identify recurring content opportunities such as weekly tender insights, market reports, competitor analysis, industry benchmarks and educational posts.

Email marketing and lead nurturing

·  Create and optimize automated email sequences for cold outreach, warm leads, demo requests, newsletters and product education.

·  Segment leads based on industry, company profile, tender activity, behavior and funnel stage.

·  Build lead nurturing flows that move prospects from awareness to demo request and sales conversation.

·  Test subject lines, messaging angles, calls to action, personalization logic and follow up timing.

·  Track open rates, click rates, reply rates, demo booking rates and conversion quality.

·  Work closely with sales to improve lead handoff, qualification and follow up.

Paid acquisition and campaign operations

·  Support the setup and optimization of campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads or other relevant acquisition channels.

·  Create campaign briefs, audience segments, messaging angles, ad copy variations and landing page flows.

·  Connect paid campaigns with CRM, tracking, email sequences and reporting dashboards.

·  Monitor campaign performance, including cost per lead, cost per demo, conversion rate and lead quality.

·  Suggest tests based on data and improve campaigns through fast iteration.

CRM, data and reporting

·  Set up and improve lead capture, CRM flows, lead routing and lead status tracking.

·  Create dashboards and reports for marketing performance, funnel performance and campaign results.

·  Track the source and quality of leads across campaigns, content, landing pages and outreach flows.

·  Support lead scoring and qualification logic together with the sales team.

·  Maintain clean data structures and ensure that automations are measurable and easy to understand.

Required Experience

·  Experience in marketing automation, growth marketing, digital marketing operations, demand generation or a similar role.

·  Practical experience with n8n, Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms.

·  Strong understanding of AI tools and how they can be used in real marketing workflows.

·  Experience with B2B funnels, landing pages, email marketing, lead generation and CRM processes.

·  Ability to write or structure clear marketing copy for B2B audiences.

·  Comfort working with data, metrics, dashboards and campaign performance indicators.

·  Hands on mindset and ability to execute without waiting for very detailed instructions.

·  Good organization skills and ability to document processes clearly.

Tools and Platforms

Relevant experience with some of the following tools is preferred:

·  Automation: n8n, Zapier, Make

·  AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and other LLM based tools

·  CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable or similar systems

·  Email and outreach: Mailchimp, Brevo, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist or similar tools

·  Landing pages and website: Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Vercel, Next.js or similar tools

·  Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar tools

·  Advertising: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads

·  Productivity and data: Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion

·  Creative tools: Canva, Figma or similar tools

Nice to Have

·  Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.

·  Experience with AI products, procurement technology or workflow automation products.

·  Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and databases.

·  Experience with programmatic SEO or content automation.

·  Experience with LinkedIn outreach and sales automation.

·  Understanding of public procurement, tenders or bid management processes.
