Social Media Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $700 (600 EUR) / Month

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to take the reins of our Padel page. The ideal candidate isn't just a marketer; you must be a true Padel enthusiast. You know the difference between a Bandeja and a Vibora, and you understand the specific humor and culture of the Padel community.

⚠️ Note: Please only apply if you have direct experience with or a deep understanding of Padel.

What You Will Do:

• Content Curation: Scour the internet for trending Padel videos, rallies, and highlights to repurpose.
• Meme Lord: Create funny, culturally relevant memes that Padel players relate to.
• Educate: Produce simple, value-driven content (tips, rules, gear) to keep our audience engaged.
• Trend Adaptation: Hop on current social media trends (audio/formats) and apply them to Padel.
• Bonus: If you can shoot your own original content, that is a huge plus.

Qualifications:

• Padel Knowledge: You must know the sport. If you call it "Paddle" or confuse it with Pickleball, this role isn't for you.
• Video Editing & Graphic Design: Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro.
• Social Analytics: You understand what makes a video go viral and how to read engagement metrics.
• Reliability: Excellent time management skills to meet posting schedules while working remotely.
