We’re looking for a B2B Digital Marketing / Demand Generation professional who can directly drive MQLs, qualified meetings, and sales pipeline.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Generate 25+ MQLs and 25 qualified meetings/month
- Drive inbound leads through LinkedIn, email, content, social media & digital campaigns
- Build and optimize the B2B demand-generation funnel
- Engage with Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, OEM Aftermarket Managers & other decision-makers
- Work closely with Sales/BD to convert leads into opportunities
🏭 MANDATORY Industry Experience
Candidates must have experience in one or more of:
Manufacturing, Steel & Metals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Cement, Paper & Pulp, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Automation or Industrial Technology.
⚙️ MANDATORY Domain Experience
Hands-on experience with IIoT, Industrial SaaS, Predictive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Technology, or Reliability/Asset Management Solutions.
❌ General digital marketing or social-media-only profiles without industrial domain experience will not be considered.
