About the Opportunity:
The MARKETING COORDINATOR I plays a critical role in executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and support business development efforts. This position contributes to the organization’s success by coordinating campaigns, communications, and strategic projects, providing operational support, and helping to improve marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and distribute marketing communications, promotional materials, and content
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Provide administrative and operational support for marketing programs and strategic initiatives
- Support business development activities through marketing coordination and lead-generation initiatives
- Track campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience developing marketing materials, digital content, communications, presentations, social media content, events, or marketing campaigns
- Preferred experience analyzing campaign, engagement, or performance metrics to support business decisions and improvement
