Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales calls with pre-qualified clients, guiding them with clarity and confidence.
• Diagnose client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Operate as a trusted advisor, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine scripts, messaging, and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-ticket B2B or B2C sales with a strong record of exceeding quotas.
• Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and building client trust.
• Highly coachable, adaptable, and motivated by clear performance standards.
• Experience selling solutions in the $4K–$40K range is advantageous.
• Familiarity with founders, startups, or small business clients is a plus.
