Head of Marketing

Talent Frame are pleased to be working on an exciting new Head of Marketing role.

This is a remote role (you must be based in the UK or Ireland) with occasional travel to the HQ in Ireland required, and possibly further international travel from time to time.

This is for a company that is growing rapidly.

You will lead a small marketing team as the company goes on a significant growth journey.

The product is in high demand, but they need a marketer to make their product front of mind for consumers and businesses.

This product is for homes and commercial buildings. The opportunity for scaling will be very obvious! And they ship globally.

You need to be strategic, but also be hands with certain elements and get stuff done - particularly for the quick wins in the early days.

Skills Required:

A digital marketing expert - particularly Social (Meta and TikTok), Paid Search and CRM.

You should be able to clearly demonstrate being hands on when it comes to executing paid ad campaigns (this is the key hands on skill set required).

Someone who can develop compelling product content, positioning the company as the easy to use, high quality and reliable option.

Someone with experience of localising content/landing pages/search to different countries.

D2C experience is a must, retail channel and B2B experience a plus (but not at the expense of being a D2C expert).

Experience of driving enquiries to a sales team is also a plus (as some sales will be high value and require advice).

Wider brand and PR knowledge would be a plus.
