About the role
A Sales Strategy & Operations Manager is sought to ensure the smooth and strategic operation of the sales organization. This role will be responsible for the systems, processes, and insights that enable the sales team to operate efficiently and make informed go-to-market decisions. It is a hands-on, highly analytical position that combines operational excellence with cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with sales leadership to influence the future growth strategies of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including process updates, documentation, deal desk support, and commission tracking.
- Analyze pipeline health, customer segments, and performance trends to provide actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategy.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams, coordinating initiatives and ensuring alignment.
- Lead sales enablement as a program, collaborating with internal teams to enhance onboarding, training, and content delivery.
- Design and refine sales workflows and reporting within CRM and BI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with sales leadership to translate business requirements into operational solutions and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and BI tools.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
- A detail-oriented approach and a commitment to operational precision.
- A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and build scalable processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience with BI tools such as Mode or similar.
Additional Information
- The base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000.
- Offers equity.
- This is a remote position, open to candidates in the Americas.
