- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and the competitive landscape.
Content and Campaign Development:
- Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive awareness for the company's products.
- Create compelling content, such as blog posts, white papers, and webinars, to educate customers and prospects about the company's offerings.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and go-to-market execution.
- Act as a liaison between the product and sales teams, providing feedback and insights to inform product development.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on product marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or a related field. Experience in defense tech, aerospace, cybersecurity, or a government-oriented market is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong understanding of product marketing principles, with experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to gather and interpret data, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp complex technologies and translate them into compelling marketing narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
