Your Role

✔ Lead and inspire your team with clarity, purpose, and integrity

✔ Activate and implement innovative marketing initiatives to support expansion

✔ Engage with prospective clients and communicate key program insights

✔ Manage follow-ups and guide clients through a seamless onboarding experience

✔ Mentor and support new clients as they begin their personal development journey

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Lead generation through targeted online advertising (primarily social platforms)

• Conducting interviews via phone or Zoom

• Ongoing participation in training with experienced industry mentors

• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 2–3 hours per day to building your business
