Salary: £45,000 (pro rata) Location: We're looking for someone based in the UK to help us better support our clients and collaborate closely with our wider team. This is a remote role, so you can work from wherever you feel most comfortable. — At Substrakt, a UK based company with Global impact, we help arts and cultural organisations create exceptional digital experiences and we're looking for a part-time (3 days per week) Growth & Marketing Manager to help us grow our product offer and strengthen our brand. This hybrid role blends marketing execution with a commercial mindset. You'll be responsible for generating awareness, driving interest, and supporting conversion - helping us build our product pipeline while deepening brand engagement and visibility. You'll work closely with the Marketing & Communications Lead and Director of Client Engagement to deliver targeted, impactful campaigns and support sales activity across Substrakt, with a particular focus on our product Viadukt - an accessible, user-first purchase pathway tool designed for arts and cultural organisations. - Drive growth strategy and lead generation: Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to generate awareness and interest in Substrakt's products. You'll manage and nurture lead pipelines, refine audience targeting, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Support sales enablement and pipeline development: Work with the Director of Client Engagement on pitch decks, proposals, and commercial messaging. You'll support lead qualification, schedule demos, and act as the first point of contact for many product enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from interest to conversion
- Deliver marketing campaigns and collaborate across teams: Work alongside the Marketing & Communications Lead to plan and deliver content, campaigns, and events that support brand-wide goals and growth objectives. You'll help create blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and social content, and ensure alignment between product-focused and overall communications strategies
- Shape product marketing and gather insight: Collaborate with the Head of Product to communicate product value clearly and compellingly. You'll help develop go-to-market plans for new features or releases, track product engagement data, and identify opportunities to support retention, upsell, or adoption of new features
- Champion leadership and alignment: Promote Substrakt's values, support cross-team collaboration, and contribute to planning and reporting activities. You'll help create a culture of transparency and continual improvement and share insights that help shape future strategies
What you'll bring
- Experience across both marketing and sales, ideally in a digital, product, or agency context
- A passion for audience insight, campaign performance, and commercial storytelling
- Confidence in taking initiative and refining processes to deliver measurable results
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with an ability to bring structure to dynamic projects
