Style Synergy Studio is a growing London-based colour analysis and personal styling business with an international client base. We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Marketing & Digital Coordinator to support our digital presence, client communications, and behind-the-scenes operations.
This is a freelance role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a strong eye for detail, and is excited by the world of fashion, colour analysis, and personal styling.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Content Support
- Assist with updating and maintaining branded templates (guides, client documents, visual assets).
- Support social media scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Help generate simple content ideas and repurpose existing content for various platforms.
- Assist with writing and drafting blogs for the website.
- Update website copy or listings (optional, depending on skill set).
Client Experience & Administration
- Assist with emails and client correspondence in a warm, professional brand voice.
- Update and maintain client trackers, spreadsheets, and workflow documents.
- Help prepare digital client materials (e.g., pre-session forms, follow-up resources).
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
General Studio Support
- Keep digital files and assets organised.
- Assist with small research tasks (e.g., trending colours, market inspiration, relevant hashtags).
- Provide suggestions to streamline or improve digital processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and proactively without close supervision.
- Interest or experience in fashion, styling, colour analysis, or beauty.
- Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook from a content-posting and brand perspective.
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly, articulate tone.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Experience with simple analytics tracking (social insights, spreadsheet updates, etc.).
- Familiarity with using Wix.
