They are at a pivotal stage of expansion and are looking to add a senior marketer to their team to help drive the next phase of growth. The Opportunity We are urgently seeking a Senior Marketer to complement our client's existing marketing manager. This is a critical, full-time remote role that needs to be filled within the month. This position requires a professional who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing the entire client lifecycle from new business generation to driving retention. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting comprehensive marketing strategies while also managing their execution in close partnership with the current Marketing Manager. We are looking for a well-rounded, technical marketing professional with broad experience across a variety of key areas, including strategy, creative development, full-funnel optimization, and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the overarching marketing strategy in collaboration with the current marketing manager, focusing on new business generation and customer retention.
- Full-Funnel Management: Take ownership of the entire client lifecycle, from top-of-funnel lead generation to bottom-of-funnel conversion and long-term retention strategies.
- Hands-On Execution: Directly manage and execute key marketing campaigns, particularly in areas where you have deep expertise (e.g., paid media, email automation, SEO).
- Creative & Design Oversight: Provide strategic direction for creative work and marketing assets, ensuring all materials are aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Performance & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role where you were responsible for both strategy and hands-on execution.
- A strong background in full-funnel marketing, with a track record of driving both customer acquisition and retention.
- Technical proficiency across a range of marketing disciplines, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- A keen eye for creative and design, with the ability to provide clear direction to creative teams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a partner marketing manager.
