Snoozy is a wellness brand focused on helping people sleep better, relax, unwind, and love. Built at the intersection of science, simplicity, and calm, Snoozy is quickly becoming a trusted name in the functional wellness space.
As we scale, Affiliate Marketing is a core growth lever, and we’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to build this channel from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to get in the trenches. You’ll be designing the strategy, choosing the right partners, setting the standards, and executing the day-to-day.
What You’ll Do
- Build Snoozy’s affiliate program from zero to scale, owning everything from strategy to execution.
- Roll up your sleeves to personally recruit, vet, onboard, and activate affiliates.
- Identify and develop relationships with high-quality creators, publishers, niche communities, and partners — not just anyone with a link.
- Set clear standards for messaging, content, claims, and promotion to protect brand integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Launch and manage affiliate campaigns tied to CPA, AOV, LTV, and other profitability targets.
- Actively manage top partners through hands-on consulting, content feedback, promotions, and performance optimization.
- Monitor affiliate activity for fraud, misrepresentation, compliance issues, and brand risk.
- Own affiliate platforms and tooling (e.g., Social Snowball, ShopMy, Impact, or similar), including tracking accuracy, reporting, and payouts.
- Analyze performance data, attribution, traffic quality, and conversion trends to continuously refine strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams to align affiliates with launches, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Translate affiliate insights into broader growth learnings for the business.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling affiliate programs for DTC, CPG, or consumer brands.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch, not just manage existing ones.
- Comfort being both strategic and tactical — from outreach emails to performance reporting.
- Strong judgment and experience vetting partners carefully, especially in regulated or brand-sensitive categories.
- Experience in cannabis, cannabinoids, wellness, alcohol, supplements, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on profitability, traffic quality, and long-term value.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Social Snowball, ShopMy, Impact, or similar is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning ambiguity.
- Thrive in fast-moving startup environments where execution matters as much as strategy.
