As a Brand Influence Strategist, you’ll be the silent force behind how brands are felt, remembered, and respected. This isn’t a role for content managers or marketers. This is for strategic thinkers who understand the psychology behind attention and how to craft influence that sticks — without shouting. You’ll work directly with founders, personal brands, and high-growth companies ready to position with intention and presence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define positioning and influence frameworks for personal and business brands.
  • Design strategic directions that translate a founder’s vision into real audience magnetism.
  • Create campaign concepts that don’t chase engagement — they cultivate perception.
  • Shape tone of voice, brand behavior, and platform-specific content strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Lead strategic communication between content creators, designers, copywriters, and media buyers.
  • Track brand sentiment, performance, and adjust positioning based on insight and behavior.
  • Build systems that engineer trust, not vanity.

You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or high-level marketing.
  • Deep understanding of audience psychology, digital behavior, and influence dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — with clarity and punch.
  • Strategic thinking paired with creative instinct.
  • Ability to dissect a business or personal brand quickly and design how it should be seen.
  • Confident working across fast-paced, multi-platform environments.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with personal brand positioning (founders, creators, experts).
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Golden Circle, Brand Archetypes, JTBD, or StoryBrand.
  • Past collaborations with production, design, or paid media teams.
  • Case studies or outcomes where your strategy built visible authority or shifted brand perception.
