We’re looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer who is equal parts strategist, creator, and operator.
This person will help scale the SMB Deal Hunter ecosystem across newsletters, paid campaigns, and organic channels. You’ll blend performance marketing precision with brand-driven storytelling, turning data into growth while keeping our voice human, sharp, and trusted.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to marketing generalist responsible for driving audience growth, optimizing conversions, and executing across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel growth campaigns across email, paid media, and organic content.
- Build, test, and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and lead magnets (Webflow, Carrd, or similar).
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms with a clear eye toward ROI.
- Own email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
- Create and launch webinars, challenges, and live events that drive engagement and conversions.
- Write copy that converts: ads, social captions, newsletters, and sales pages that sound human, not AI-generated.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to produce scroll-stopping ad and video creatives.
- Build and maintain sales decks, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for efficiency without losing authenticity or brand voice.
- Track and report on key growth metrics and identify actionable insights.
- Balance short-term performance wins with long-term brand equity, ensuring campaigns drive both growth and trust.
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or full-stack digital marketing.
- Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
- Strong copywriting and creative direction instincts.
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (ActiveCampaign, Beehiiv, HubSpot, Close, Airtable, Zapier/Make).
- Fluency in analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization (GA4, attribution tools, etc.).
- Experience with info products, courses, or memberships.
- A natural curiosity for the business acquisition and SMB investing space.
Bonus Points
- Built or scaled organic audiences on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Experience growing YouTube channels through SEO, clips, and retention strategy.
- Light technical fluency (basic HTML/CSS, Webflow, or landing page builders).
