With a focus on managing ad spend across Google, Meta, Newsbreak, Smartnews and other platforms we deliver over 7,500 inbound calls per day to top carriers & agencies.
Summary/Objective
As the Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing ad campaigns across various verticals to drive maximum ROI and generate high-quality leads for our clients. Your expertise in media buying strategies and data analysis will be crucial in achieving campaign objectives and contributing to the overall success of our agency.
Essential Functions
- Manage Google Ad Accts - monitor ad spend, tracking conversions and KPI’s
- Research new Campaign opportunities & present to the team effectiveness of such opportunity
- Work with Creative Director to ensure creative concepts align with your Media Buying goals
- Assign a (tof/bof) performance based thesis to certain elements of creatives & demographic targeting
- Constantly optimize campaigns to maximize ROI while meeting or exceeding lead quality targets
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI while minimizing learning phase losses
- Optimize campaigns to lead quality/help foster multi year relationships with buyers
- Weekly CRO optimizations on landing pages
- Stay up-to-date with market research, competitor analysis, and market trends to guide company towards the most profitable campaigns
- Prioritizing weekly tasks tied to maximizing profitability & scale
- Keeping track of Platform advertising policies/platform/algo updates
- Work with developers to manage funnel pages, and optimize for conversions, quality, and ROI
- Work with developers to manage analytics & tracking tools (S2S & Web Pixel Conversions)
Competencies
- Google Search Ads: 3+ years | YouTube Ads: Preferred | GDN: Preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage 20k+/day in adspend
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering
- Ability to pivot quickly based on new platform & industry findings
- Over 5m in Ad spend managed within lead gen/click to call niches
- Expert level understanding of ad platform data sources/conversion events
- Affiliate marketing experience preferred
