SkinPro is a marketing agency specialized in medical aesthetics and healthcare. We also run a second agency brand operating in B2B. We work with a lean, fast-moving team across multiple active accounts and we are growing fast.

We need a creative, hands-on designer who can hit the ground running from day one.

The role

You will be the visual engine behind our content across two agency brands. You design for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and online marketing materials, across both B2C medical aesthetics and B2B industries. You work fast, think creatively, and use AI tools as part of your daily workflow.

This is a full-time freelance position. We need someone fully committed and available, not someone fitting us in between other clients.

What you will do

• Design social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn across multiple accounts
• Create online marketing materials - banners, campaign visuals, promotional assets
• Adapt designs across B2C (medical aesthetics) and B2B audiences and tones
• Work from creative briefs and deliver on tight timelines without losing quality
• Use AI tools actively to speed up and elevate your creative output
• Maintain visual consistency across brands and accounts
• Collaborate closely with the strategy and social media team

What we are looking forNon-negotiable

• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• English - written and spoken, both at professional level
• Strong portfolio across social media and digital marketing materials
• Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content design - proven experience
• Full Adobe Suite - proficient
• AI design tools - active daily user
• Fast, agile, delivers on time without being chased
• Extremely creative with a strong visual eye
• Comfortable switching between B2C and B2B visual styles
• Remote-first, self-managed, immediately available
• Full-time availability - this is not a project-by-project engagement

Strong advantage

• Greek language
• Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or pharma
• Canva advanced
• Motion graphics or basic video editing (CapCut or equivalent)
• B2B design experience
