Marketing Coordinator

Job DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW: The Marketing Coordinator will support the client's marketing efforts across digital, content, and campaign initiatives for a part-time 20 hours per week commitment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving brand visibility and engagement. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, databases, and reports
• Draft and proofread marketing materials, social media content, and email communications
• Support event planning, sponsorships, and promotional activities
• Track KPIs and assist in preparing performance reports
• Manage content uploads to websites, CRMs, and social platforms
• Help ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
• At least three (3) years of proven experience in a marketing or communications role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail
