We're now hiring a Digital Strategist to lead the delivery of smart, impactful campaigns across our SEO and Google Ads clients.
ABOUT YOU
You're a strategic thinker who’s hands-on with the tools. You edit websites, you update copy, you analyse SEO keywords, and you get stuck into the Google Ads manager. You love making things perform - not just look seriously good.
- You’re confident in presenting campaign strategies and results to clients.
- You’re analytical and data-driven, but not robotic or patronising. You know how to communicate technical results in a way clients actually understand.
- You’ve managed a portfolio of SEO and/or Google Ads accounts and delivered consistent improvements in rankings, traffic, and ROI.
- You’re collaborative and enjoy working closely with a team of creatives, developers, and account managers.
- You don’t wait for instructions. You look ahead, spot gaps, and take initiative.
- You understand the importance of accurate tracking, reporting, and strategy execution.
- You’ve got a strong grasp of GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Search Console, and SEO tools like SE Ranking and Surfer SEO.
- You love learning, staying sharp with AI tools and digital trends, and raising the bar.
- You're based in Australia or able to work within AEST hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Digital Strategist role reports to our Director of Digital Strategy and works alongside our content, SEO, ads, and web teams.
You will:
- Develop and lead client-specific SEO and Google Ads strategies aligned to their business goals.
- Run strategy calls and reporting meetings, explaining the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ and building client confidence.
- Oversee execution and campaign flow in collaboration with technical and creative teammates.
- Set up and audit tracking across GA4, GTM, and Ads accounts to ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor performance proactively and recommend optimisations that move the needle.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO, Google Ads, and AI trends. And share those insights with the team.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and collaborate to drive better results, faster.
This is a full-time, fully remote, flexible role for an experienced strategist looking to make an impact inside a high-performance, people-first agency.
