About The Team You'll Be Joining You'll be joining the marketing team, currently lead by a fractional CMO, and made up of a CRM Manager, Growth Manager, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Marketing Creative. You’ll partner closely with Data, Design, and Product to make sure that messaging and campaigns are hitting those sweet spots in the market. About The Role This is a 12 month FTC (on a 4 day week). You'll support our CRM Manager to audit, create, and leverage the enormous potential of CRM as we power forward on our growth journey. Ideally you’ll have 2+ years of experience in CRM and will have a solid understanding of email, push notifications and in-app messaging. At Seatfrog, we’re empowered to get s*!@ done, push boundaries and test new concepts, so we’re looking for someone who creatively combines data and best practice to deliver first class comms. You’ll connect with Seatfrog passengers, showing them ways to unlock and experience rail travel in a way that no other platform offers in the UK. Day-to-day your main focus will be briefing and building BAU email and push. You’ll partner with Design and Data Analysts to bring your visions to life and deliver campaigns that engage, educate, and convert customers, ultimately driving revenue. It's really important that you're curious about behaviours, passionate about customer experiences, and have a positive go-getter attitude that spurs you on to find patterns, identify opportunities, and chase results. What You'll Do

  • Brief and build BAU emails, modelling best practice
  • Contribute to CRM strategy to unlock, convert, and increase LTS via email, push notifications and in-app messages
  • Manage reporting & analysis on CRM campaigns and propose ways to drive revenue and engagement
  • Audit current comms and map out the current customer journey(s)
  • Manage cross-channel CRM calendar
  • Generate ideas on how to optimise CRM channels
  • Write engaging copy and partner with our in-house design team to deliver elite emails and execute a seamless briefing process
  • Have a high attention to detail in all work
  • Take a keen interest in our products and the data insights behind them

You'll Have Experience With

  • Email, push notifications and in-app messaging
  • B2C CRM
  • Cross functional partnership across Product, Engineering, and Design
  • Braze CRM platform
  • Some analytics
