The client is a fast-growing, governance-led NDIS provider delivering high-quality disability support services across Australia. We specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL), complex care, and community participation. As we scale, we are building a strong offshore team in the Philippines to support our operations, compliance, and workforce growth. **About The RoleWe are seeking a high-performing HR Compliance & Admin Officer / HR Support Officer (NDIS Compliance Support) based in Manila / Philippines to spearhead all HR functions for our growing workforce. This is not a purely administrative HR role. You will play a key role in:
- Building a high-quality workforce
- Supporting compliance with Australian (NDIS) standards
- Driving recruitment, retention, and performance
You will work closely with leadership to ensure we have the right people, systems, and culture to scale. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Workforce Growth (CRITICAL)
- Cover end-to-end recruitment (Australia + offshore)
- Take care of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Helps with the governance of performance management systems
- Source, screen, and coordinate hiring of:
- Support workers
- Admin staff
- Coordinators
- Build talent pipelines to support rapid growth
- Reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all staff meet compliance requirements:
- Police checks
- NDIS screening
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems
- Support audits and regulatory compliance
- Performance & Culture
- Support team leaders with staff performance issues
- Drive staff engagement and retention strategies
- Promote a positive, professional, and accountable culture
- Policies & Systems
- Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Improve HR systems, workflows, and documentation
- Ensure alignment with Australian workplace standards
- Offshore Team Management
- Support and oversee offshore staff (admin, marketing, etc.)
- Ensure productivity, accountability, and communication
- Implement KPI tracking and reporting
**RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For Essential
- 5+ years HR experience (cumulative years)
- Strong recruitment experience (high-volume or growth environments)
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Experience managing remote or offshore teams
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
**Highly Desirable
- Experience with Australian companies or clients
- Knowledge of healthcare, disability, or compliance-heavy sectors
- Experience with HR systems
- Understanding of performance management frameworks is a PLUS
- Education: Bachelor's (Required)
- Experience: Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)
- Language: English (Required)
