Position Overview

Savance Workplace is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who can set priorities and personally move the most important work to completion. We are a small, remote software team serving organizations through direct sales and security integrator partners. This role connects marketing activity to qualified conversations, partner opportunities, useful sales materials, and measurable pipeline. The manager will work closely with Sales, leadership, product, and our creative resources.

The Priorities For This Role

The first priorities are partner and integrator marketing, campaigns that create qualified sales opportunities, and reliable HubSpot handoff and reporting. At the start of each quarter, the manager and leadership agree on the few highest-priority deliverables, available resources, and measures of success. New requests are weighed against those commitments.

What You Will Own

  • Maintain the agreed quarterly marketing plan with named owners, deadlines, audiences, and measures of success. Reprioritize openly with leadership when capacity or business needs change.
  • Deliver campaigns from brief through launch, follow-up, and results review. Personally write, build, publish, or coordinate work as needed; review final assets for accuracy, links, audience fit, and a clear call to action.
  • Develop partner and integrator marketing that explains why to offer Savance, which customer situations signal an opportunity, how a partner can sell and implement the solution, and how the relationship helps the partner’s business and customers.
  • Give Sales practical tools: concise product and partner messaging, case studies with verified customer outcomes, competitive guidance, email sequences, event follow-up, and materials that a salesperson or partner can actually use.
  • Own marketing execution for trade shows and partner events, including target-account outreach, meeting campaigns, invite and social assets, lead capture requirements, post-event routing, and follow-up reporting. Coordinate with the event logistics owner. Travel to key industry shows and partner events is expected; the schedule is set through the annual event plan.
  • Manage HubSpot marketing data and workflows: campaign setup, segmentation, source tracking, nurture, list hygiene, lead status definitions, and agreed handoff to Sales. Review gaps and fix them with the relevant owners.
  • Run and improve appropriate digital and content channels, including website conversion, email, organic social, SEO, and paid campaigns when budget and evidence support them. Recommend spending based on results.

How You Will Work

  • Keep the agreed project system current. Every active commitment should show an owner, next action, due date, status, and link to the working or final asset. Close completed work and surface overdue work promptly.
  • Share a concise weekly update with leadership: what shipped, what moved in pipeline or partner engagement, what is due next, decisions needed, and any risk to timing. Raise blockers as soon as they threaten a commitment, with a proposed path forward.
  • Agree on priorities and dependencies with Sales and leadership, then follow through on decisions. If another person is providing design, product detail, approval, or sales follow-up, make the request specific and track it to resolution.
  • Use a prelaunch review for meaningful campaigns and an after-action review for events or major launches. Correct errors quickly and document what should change next time.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 30 days, understand the products, buyer and partner journeys, current pipeline, tools, and active commitments; audit the marketing backlog and HubSpot handoffs; agree with leadership on the first priorities and baseline measures.

By 60 days, launch the agreed highest-priority work, put a reliable weekly planning and reporting rhythm in place, and deliver usable integrator and sales materials. Show where leads and event contacts go and who follows up.

By 90 days, demonstrate completed campaigns and follow-up, a working partner marketing approach, and a clear readout of results against the agreed baseline. Propose the next quarter based on what worked and what did not.

Ongoing performance is assessed through completed commitments, quality and timeliness of deliverables, qualified meetings and opportunities influenced by marketing, partner engagement, lead handoff and follow-up, and clear reporting. Targets, budgets, and attribution rules are set with leadership and Sales so results are judged against agreed definitions.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least five years of B2B marketing experience, including direct ownership of campaigns in a software or similarly complex business. Evidence of work you shipped and its effect on leads, opportunities, adoption, or revenue.
  • Experience marketing through channel partners, integrators, resellers, or comparable indirect sales relationships, or a strong, specific plan to learn this model quickly.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience with campaigns, lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting, and sales handoffs. Comfort auditing data instead of relying on dashboard totals alone.
  • Clear writing and editing, sound prioritization, and the ability to turn technical product detail into useful messages for security, operations, HR, and other buyers.
  • A record of managing several concurrent commitments in a lean, remote team and communicating early when timing, quality, or resources are at risk.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • 2 weeks of paid time off (increasing with tenure)
  • 8-10 paid holidays a year
  • 401k with company matching
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Fully remote position
  • Annual company retreat
