Demand Generation Manager

📍 Remote (UK) | 💰 £45k base + bonus | 🚀 High-growth B2B SaaS

We’re hiring a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to help our Client build predictable, scalable pipeline as we continue to grow.

This role sits at the heart of our go-to-market engine. You’ll own demand generation programmes across the full funnel, from first touch through to qualified opportunities, and work closely with sales to turn marketing activity into real revenue impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and run integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Own paid acquisition across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and other B2B channels
  • Design and optimise email and nurture programmes that move prospects through the funnel
  • Partner with content and product marketing on landing pages, lead magnets and conversion-focused assets
  • Plan and deliver webinars, virtual events and partner campaigns
  • Build and optimise HubSpot workflows: lead capture, scoring, routing and sales handoff
  • Track performance across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC and ROI
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Report clearly on pipeline impact and forecast contribution to leadership

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Confident HubSpot user (automation, email, workflows, lead scoring)
  • Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of funnel metrics and attribution
  • Comfortable working closely with sales and owning lead quality and conversion
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns at once

Nice to have (not essential)

  • Experience in FinTech, accounting or financial SaaS
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies
  • Webflow or CMS experience
  • Attribution tools (HockeyStack, GA, etc.)
  • Modern GTM tooling (signals, Clay, enrichment platforms)
