Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ About The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Google Ads Manager to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing legal-tech products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads who is eager to grow and learn within a high-performing growth team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research for Google search campaigns across multiple regions
• Add relevant keywords and search terms based on performance reports
• Identify and add negative keywords using predefined thresholds and performance data
• Monitor keyword trends and extract new keyword ideas from search term reports
• Assist in structuring and updating Google search and performance campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance daily and weekly, flagging key trends or anomalies
• Track and manage marketing data in Google Spreadsheets
• Support campaign optimization through data cleanup and reporting
• Collaborate with senior team members on campaign execution and planning

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Basic understanding of keyword research tools (e.g. Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs)
• Familiarity with campaign match types and ad formats (search, display, responsive)
• Advanced in Google Spreadsheets (using filters, pivot tables, basic formulas like SUMIFS and VLOOKUP)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

• Background in math, statistics, or data analysis
• Experience in consumer digital products or high-volume ad accounts

Location Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
